My name is LeAnne. I joined Sheppard Pratt from a referral through a program from DORS. The program was described to help people with disabilities like myself receive help finding employment. Unfortunately I signed up for service in the December, January timeframe. It is now July and I have tried canceling services. Yet I keep being contacted by multiple members via phone, and email as if me canceling their service is confusing to them. I think they’re stealing my benefits to charge for services I cancelled.
