My name is LeAnne. I joined Sheppard Pratt from a referral through a program from DORS. The program was described to help people with disabilities like myself receive help finding employment. Unfortunately I signed up for service in the December, January timeframe. It is now July and I have tried canceling services. Yet I keep being contacted by multiple members via phone, and email as if me canceling their service is confusing to them. I think they’re stealing my benefits to charge for services I cancelled. Sheppard Pratt has saved me with their support and structure, as well as providing insight to others struggles and victories over what has plagued them to the point of being apart of the program. There is a lot of available help in this town and without it, I wouldn't have reached the level of stability I'm at now, which took work, patience, and time.
