Dr. Natalia Sheppard was very attentive and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood each part of the visit. I especially appreciated how warmly and naturally she interacted with my child, which made the experience very comfortable. We were very happy with the visit and will definitely come back to see her again next year!
