Linc and the Sheppard Envelope team are really great. I reached out to a lot of places looking for a quote on a custom shaped envelope printed on specialty paper. I couldn't even find someone willing to quote me until I connected with Linc. He worked with me to choose the correct paper stock, explained the process to me, and helped me understand everything that goes into making an envelope like I'm looking for. Thanks Linc!

I ordered coin envelopes with black and purple ink. They send black and pink instead and implied that I chose the wrong color. I provided a print out of their proof next to what I received and have yet to hear back from them about it. They don’t honor their customer satisfaction policy. I’m extremely disappointed with the product and awful customer service. I would not order from them again. The date my order was placed is not significant.
