Terrible. Extremely incompetent and seemingly unaware of how to do their jobs. Was dismissed and treated poorly, provider had to apologize on behalf of staff.
Smooth transition to Genesis. Great leadership and friendly staff. One of the best medical facilities I’ve received care at in the past 11 years.
Pharmacy has always been wonderful and the appointment line people are always bright and friendly. However getting lab work results and returning calls to the nurses is a complete nightmare. They give you a call back number and it's just the freaking appointment line number! So you have to wait and wait for all the announcements and prompts just to find out that the nurse is busy and will call you back thus repeating the process.
