Horrible experience working with Sheplty to replace our windows at our home in Osterville. A representative who was supposed to be experienced and respected was unprofessional and inept. We are now stuck with large, expensive windows that we will have to sell, if that is even possible. This window was not shown to us in the showroom; a bay window was agreed upon. This window would completely change the visual characteristics of our home. So disgusted with Shepley!
