We recently added a dormer and remodeled some of our existing space. Our contractor sent us to Shepley's to select windows. The showroom staff was helpful in ensuring that we understood the options (there are many). We ultimately ordered ~ fifteen Anderson windows, which were received timely and as described. In addition, Shepley's came out and changed out fogged glass in several retained windows. I was impressed at how easy this was and that Anderson stocked replacement glass for 30 year old windows.
