Calling around trying to find a pharmacy that carries a med for your sick child and getting the "we are all out" response from all the big chain pharmacies is incredibly frustrating. But calling the Shepherdstown Pharmacy and getting that "yes we have it" and even more so a, " here's a less expensive alternative" is AMAZING! It means alot that they care enough to go the extra mile for a self-pay customer!
