I recently visited Shepherd's Hope clinic at 101 S Westmoreland Drive and had an extremely disappointing experience. The group of young people at the front desk were extremely rude. Despite arriving at 4 PM and seeing only two other patients in the waiting room, I was not seen until 6:30 PM and ultimately left at 7 PM without being properly attended to. I went to the Longwood's Clinic today and saw Dr Zeth Johnson. I cannot be more grateful for his help. He is truly knowledgeable and he has given so many hours to help people in need. Also, I need to thank everyone in the Clinic, volunteers and employees for the caring support. It was so much more than what I expected. I have no words to thank them for all the do!
