I was very disappointed. Went to the Longwood clinic because I’ve been suffering from migraines and waited two hours just to be told it happens because I’m 62 and I should just go home and take NSAIDs. The doctor was very much lacking in compassion. I didn’t need to go there to wait 2 hours just for the doctor to tell me they don’t know anything about headaches and just live on pills. Was extremely rude over the phone. I was trying to get a question answered (about how the clinic works.) and was ultimately hung up on. I still have no idea how this clinic works and don’t think I will be going. 0/10 customer service.
Took a decent while to be seen by a doctor, but they were very helpful, and everything was covered (visit, and ordered tests). Very nice and thoughtful people at this establishment. If you can't afford a doctor and you have no insurance then check this place out ASAP.
