I was referred by one of my friends for a weight loss program and the Doctor was very informative and sweet. As for the employees they need to work on their customer service. It took almost a week and a half to get my meds and no one would ever return my calls. When I would finally get a hold of someone, they would give me the same excuse every time, the system is down. The Doctor is very polite and attentive. I've taken my child for school checkups and general office visits. She explains well and I feel confident in her treatments. The office wait does tend to be long, however the doctor tries to be affordable with insurance acceptance and giving flat rates for visits. I can go whereas I wouldn't be able to go at all if this office were not available. My scripts are generally sent in quickly. It is an older office, but I can appreciate what they have to offer.
Don't bother to try to call them. You can call for hours, let it ring 30 times and they won't answer. Ridiculous.
