If you get a vehicle in that has issues with something you find to be a known issue in your system and there is nothing to be done, why would you charge the customer 168.00. When it is a clear issue even in their system. Do nothing but charge the customer. Doesn't seem like a good way to do business.
We worked with Logan Roberts when buying our Jeep. He was super friendly and professional, and did not pressure us to make any decisions. Got my issue fixed. Price was good. Took a little longer than expected. The service department could communicate better.
