Shepherds serviced a recall on my truck. Scheduling was easy, my truck was finished on time. Very good experience.
Poor service department, lied to about the time to complete job, status of job, falsely claiming it’s all day job. Probably not the everybservice, but it was for this customer. I will drive farther to any other relevant dealership for warranty and recalls to avoid the problems that this one creates.
It's easy to schedule an appointment for service and they always do a great job.
