Got service done before promised
I got a jeep and a week later the battery was dead. Had to have it towed in. They should have checked battery before it left car lot. Also the service guy told me it would be ready that day. When I didn't get a call I called them. It would not be ready till morning. So he didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know. On top of all that, they charged me for the labor which was there fault for not checking the battery before it left the car lot. I'm unhappy with the services. Logan was great! Most of the work was done via text and phone and he went above and beyond for my deal and delivery. Pretty disappointed with the gas not being full and the car being very dirty inside and out. Sounds minor but those things are/were promised.
It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't great. We came in for recall work so they didnt make any money off us. Or last dealer was worse. Id give them a 4 star. Dropped our vehicle off with little to no conversation about it. They texted me some questions (IN ALL CAPITOLS) came to pick up my vehicle and the only thing said was my keys were with the lady's up front. I guess the piece of paper says what was done to it and thats enough. Like I said it wasn't bad. But it wasn't great
