Very friendly, and good communication but like every dealership, parts and labor quote for repair was very high.
Dave was a pleasure to work with, service was excellent, vehicle had a small issue but was handled quickly , all the folks were friendly and helpful.
They charged me for something that was under warranty Because I didn’t buy the truck from there location The reason I didn’t buy the truck from their location was because the exact same truck with more miles was $3000 more than it was in Fort Wayne. I do not recommend doing any kind of business with them even if they give you a warranty they will not honor it horrible service I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere
