When I mentioned my budget she made sure not to show me things above that. The installer did a great job. He fit the corners and molding perfectly. We love our new carpet! It is gorgeous, hides dirt, vacuums up nicely and is so soft! Shepherds did a great job installing it. They were on time, professional and cleaned up when they were done. Best of all. They were about half the price of everyone else. Win-Win!!!
We ended up going with shepkards carpet to redo 2 living rooms,hallway stairs and 3 bedrooms.i can not get over how friendly the staff was and how easy they were to work with.Robert couldnt have been better to work with. And the install crew did a remarkable job.it seemed all the staff memebers went way above to insure we were happy.HIGHLY recommended
We appreciate the time Tiffany took to show us their products. She sent us out of the warehouse with an armful of samples to take home and match with our decor. The Phenix vinyl with the cork backing is fantastic. It was easy to install and it's even easier to keep clean. Robert was there for us from start to finish.
