Wow too many one stars.. ... its SAD being an organisation with the backgroud on christian faith. I thought it came along with PAOC. Years ago, my aunts friend told me, her husband lived there. The PSW's are rude, ( may be some) but when they see the family, they say ' darling " to the patients. Sadly, most workers now adays work just for money...any amount you give. No passion.

Thank you to the beautiful staff in the Lodge on the 6th floor that took care of my mom. Gloria, Roxanne, Jennifer, Rowena..my heart is so full of gratitude for the kindness, love, patience and care you showed to my mom. She could not have been in better hands. You all went Above and Beyond and exemplified excellence and pride in your wonderful work. May God shine His blessings upon you all.

I looked up pictures of Shepherd Village today, it really looked like a wonderful place for seniors. A friend of my dad was admitted about 3 or 4 years ago, before Covid. He died shortly after, not from Covid, but from choking on his own false teeth while at sleep. Just before his death, there were rumours his wheelchair fell down the stairs.
