I scheduled an appointment for my dog to get vaccines and nail trim. I didn't ask for any specific time, they appoint that time themselves. When I came for that time they seemed busy, there were 5 or 6 cars outside. The woman that went outside to pick up Duke (you are not allowed inside during the COVID time) all of a sudden was very rude to me, she was shouting at me and told me to go and come back if I am not happy that she did not have time for the nail trim. We have been taking our dogs to Shepherds for over 15 years. The Drs are caring, accommodating and resourceful. They always take the extra time to make sure you understand the diagnosis and medication of your pets. Never a rushed appointment. The front staff and techs are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that treats you like family.
Have been going to Shepherd Veterinary since Dr. foster opened many years ago. He, Dr. Papamitrou, Dolly and all the staff are wonderful to work with. They are sensitive and caring and always explain their diagnosis and treatment in "laymen terms." Feel really fortunate that I have developed this trusting relationship with the care giver of my precious Sheltie. Thank you, everyone.
