The young man arrived promptly to spray my house. He was very diligent, respectful, professional, and did a wonderful job!. I haven't had any problems since but if I ever do I will certainly call Shepherd & Sons.
Shepherd and Son's Pest Control is operated by unprofessional idiots. I called for a routine spray. The young man that came to my home refused to show me any certification, licenses or identification. Not to mention he was dressed in a hobo's attire and smelled of marijuanna and alcohol. He tracked mud thoughout my home while repeatedly using foul language for no apparent reason. I made him leave and called the business to alert them of what I witnessed.
