Horrible- I’ve never seen staff treat their guests as poorly as here. Drug test your staff!
My Grandpa was here when he broke his neck. He had a wonderful Occupational Therapist! He loved the staff and residents they were all very kind!! I 100% recommend Shepherd of the Valley!!
