My mother transferred care here after deciding badly at Casper Mountain Rehab. We are so happy with the care and love she gets here.
My mom is doing so much better since she transferred here from Casper Mountain Rehab. She loves the staff and the other residents are so friendly and supportive.
My husband who is a war veteran was admitted this evening he was upset with atmospheres and does not believe he can get the help he needs in this nursing home. I will be coming to this nursing home to see if any of his concerns are justified.
I know of complaints against staff, here, at Shepherd, and have made some of them… but, I do know that while some are warranted, on the part of the staff… most of the staff and volunteers genuinely care for the residents. For example, Marsha uses her sewing skills to make shirt protectors for the residents so they won’t stain their clothing. Denise helps residents needing clothes. Brook is especially gentle. I recently worked here No matter how desperate you are for a place for you’re loved one I respectfully ask that you do not take them to such a toxic negative, suspicious, not consistent environment who does not care about the residents but there money. They’ll push you’re loved one around, be rude and I’m pretty sure be abusive towards them so I ask that you just take care of you’re loved one from home.
