I loved staying here. The location made it an easy to commute to Downtown or the Galleria area. Never had any problems with management or our neighbors. Would recommend this place to anyone.
I stayed here for 3 years. It was in a prime location, the building was safe, and management was super responsive. Great place if you want to live in the city!
I am very happy with management and the convenience of how close I am to the freeway. Building is secured and quiet.
The property management company that “runs” Shepherd Lofts is awful. I was so happy when my lease was near the end-from year long noise (domestic disturbance filed against downstairs tenant) to $200 / month water bills to a faulty garage door that eventually fell on a neighbor’s car. They hesitated to fix anything broken and blamed residents. My entire security deposit of $750 has been withheld for scratches on the floor.
