I paid $3650 for a fence to keep my dog in the yard and everytime the wind blows the gate flies open. Also when they completed the fence they were missing two post toppers. Louis Bass promised me he would come back with the toppers. I have left several messages (not returned) and I actually talked to him once about the gate issue and the missing toppers.
