I paid $3650 for a fence to keep my dog in the yard and everytime the wind blows the gate flies open. Also when they completed the fence they were missing two post toppers. Louis Bass promised me he would come back with the toppers. I have left several messages (not returned) and I actually talked to him once about the gate issue and the missing toppers. RecommendedShepherd fence came when they said they would, finished in 5 days in pouring rain. The workers were literally wringing out their shirts. Great job. Would recommend.
My fence was great until just a short time after the installation the gate latch no longer latched. I have 2 big dogs who can escape it so I have to keep the gate bungeed which means I can't use it because I can't bungee it from the outside nor open it from the outside. I've requested that it be fixed countless times but after 3 months the convo went cold. I sent pics and video as requested of the problem and that's when the conversation ended. Fenced entire back yard with privacy fence and after only a couple of years, almost all posts are loose and leaning. Called three times and got three promises to come on particular day and they never showed up at all, nor did they contact me........
Excellent install and quality build. Received 5 estimates and Shepard not only delivered the best price but also the design and options were included. Very happy with fence.
