Every one is so nice. Ms. Stephanie takes her time with you and lessons. The best
I absolutely love this place! The staff are so super nice and they don't have that fake friendliness you see with big hospitals and other stuff, whenever I go to they will give us a good amount of samples if we need a certain medicine or if it's just antibiotics. And even though I'm a whole entire 14 year old the lady at the front desk nearest to the window thing offers candy and one time I got super yummy caramel I got hooked so bad 😔🙏 but they also have a candy machine or whatever it's called in the lobby where you inser... read more
I am SO THANKFUL Dr Shepherd decided to place her clinic in Calhoun. It's been very rare that I couldn't get an emergency same day appointment. They're super accommodating. The staff....they're all like family. You can see they love their jobs and their coworkers and they're all very down to earth and understanding. Everyone is so nice and Dr. Shepherd listens so carefully to what I have to say when it comes to myself and my kids. She's the most understanding and empathetic doctor I've had the privilege to meet.
