My mother 70+ year old mother had a lot of work done by this company. When mom finally noticed her drier wasn’t heating correctly, she realized she’d purchased a gas drier. She doesn’t have gas, so Mom went to Lowe’s to get an electric drier. When Lowe’s came to install the new one, the men refused to install it because it was vented with a 3 inch vent instead of the required 4 inch, and not up to code.
