Samuel from Shepherd Brothers Roofers was fantastic to work with! He provided a detailed and competitive bid, thoroughly explaining the entire process. Samuel was punctual and ensured a clean workspace after each day. The task of removing our old roof and installing a new one was completed in a single day in Wilmington. We received regular photo updates throughout the day to track the progress. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Shepherd Brothers Roofers!

There were a number of missteps and it took a long time to get the correct part ordered/delivered for this project. But in the end they completed the project and did do a fantastic job. I’ve had them do other repairs as well and the guys that come out have always provided outstanding customer work and have done quality work.

I needed 25’ of rusted gutter replaced and got several fix bids. Bret gave me a bid to replace the entire 50’ run with a seamless one piece that was less than having the existing gutter repaired. His crew came on time, were polite, efficient, did excellent work and left the worksite clean. I couldn’t ask for more.
