Been going here every year as our big dinner during our annual trip to CWB. Over the years quality has gone downhill a lot. No menu anymore, only buffet. Confused on what they are trying for. Too many Asian based foods. Frozen drinks not good. Even valet service was lacking. Did not help with my car door. Not the pleasant evening out that it just used to be. In no way worth $35 per person. Get over yourselves. You are only as good as your customers think you are.
For $35 each ($140 for a family of 4) I was not at all impressed. I saw nothing "interactive" it is not a big buffet either. We have paid that amount at different coastal cities, and had a much larger variety. It gets 3 stars because the desserts were really good. P.S. we were there at 7pm on a Friday so I expected to have fresh food and a full buffet.
Never a bad experience when we come there. Staff is always friendly and polite and food is alway amazing. Thank you for a great dining experience.

My husband and I went to Ocean Flame at Shephards for our 5th wedding anniversary and the food was amazing. The buffet had plenty of selection for anyone's palate!! Yes, the price is more than the average buffet, but you are getting food that professional chefs have prepared. The food quality and taste were out of this world!! The food was amazing and the service was the best we had on our trip. We were staying next door and left the bar and went back because the drinks and service was far better.
Ok buffet but NOT worth the money!!! $34.95 is way overpriced.
