Nice, clean rooms, but the music is far too loud. When it finally stops, you can hear the AC rattling, which is also quite disruptive.
We ended up staying in a hotel that was not anything to write home about so our next night we came to Shephards and im so glad we did! We were immediately greeted by the Valet guys who were awesome and did an amazing job and very helpful. We then went in and was greeted by Kai and she was the sweetest most helpful person ever!! She made the whole experience very pleasant!!! We had the best time and will definitely be back!!!
Beach was beautiful, clean, & clear. Hotel staff was awesome, the view from the room was like a dream. Wish I could stay forever. Restaurant “Cove” was delicious. Perfect beach dinner. Definitely recommend
