I have been renting through Shephard Realty for 3 years now. I will *only* rent from human beings as opposed to management companies these days. This small office, run by human beings, is among the best I've ever encountered. They've been in the business for a long time, and they run it the old way - with that personal touch. Worst real estate agent I've dealt with in a long time. If you wanted me to come up with adjectives to to describe the experience I've had in the past year, it would be ableism, gaslighting, ineptitude, and the direct definition of slumlord. Yeah they have great response time. Sometimes when you tell him about a maintenance issue until they show up and tell you that you're delusional and that there's no maintenance issues.
