Great company, very friendly people!
I was a tenant of Shepherd Realty properties for over 13 years. In all that time and through a number of my personal challenges they were extraordinarily kind, patient, and helpful. They were beyond fair with some difficult situations I had. If I am able to move back to CO one of these days I will seek out one of their properties. Now if we could just get CO rent prices under control!
