Worst real estate agent I've dealt with in a long time. If you wanted me to come up with adjectives to to describe the experience I've had in the past year, it would be ableism, gaslighting, ineptitude, and the direct definition of slumlord. Great company, very friendly people!
I was a tenant of Shepherd Realty properties for over 13 years. In all that time and through a number of my personal challenges they were extraordinarily kind, patient, and helpful. They were beyond fair with some difficult situations I had. If I am able to move back to CO one of these days I will seek out one of their properties. Now if we could just get CO rent prices under control!
