Dr. Shepherd is the absolute best! I had self-prescribed tretinoin, which ruined my skin barrier and caused an extreme ongoing breakout, which had lasted months and months. She worked with me very personally to repair my skin and now it is smoother than ever--no makeup required. She is extremely compassionate and cares deeply about her clients. The office is beautiful and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
While I’m disappointed to not be returning to this office, I have nothing but positive things to say about my appointment experience. The hospitality team, providers, and medical assistants are all amazing—so kind and professional. I especially want to thank Dr. Hebel, who truly listened to my concerns about acne and took action right away to help. I can’t say enough good things about her and the care she provides!
The only place in Charleston I will go for my dermatological needs - be it for skin conditions or beautification! This place is so zen and aesthetically pleasing. The staff and medical professionals are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
