We went through UHaul to rent a 20 foot truck and an auto-transport trailer. Unfortunately, we were transferred to Sherpherds to handle the rental because it was nothing but headache from the time we entered the door. They wouldn’t go out and show us the truck or transport we were getting. Then we find out they won’t help with showing us how to load our vehicle onto the transport. It was absolutely ridiculous. Always get served quickly, prices are reasonable, and everyone is always helpful and friendly.
Replaced brake pads, rotors, and calipers. They gave me a quote over the phone for those parts unlike most places, and came in over $200 cheaper than the places that did. Work was complete in under 24hrs, they were very communicative and friendly. My horn wasn't working when I dropped the car off and now it is. Great folks.
