On a monthly bases I have to contact this facility in regards to one of their residents who is a patient of the doctor I work for. I honestly hate calling and dealing with the staff because they are so intolerantly rude it's ridiculous! I have been on the phone with various staff and each one sounds as if it is a major bother to take 5 minutes out of her time to address the business I have to conduct.
