Great service and friendly environment. The receptionist is a very nice and sweet young lady. The doctor was very informative and made sure he explained everything to me.
I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Shepherd, he was very through and professional. His main objective was to enable my vision to be better and he went above and beyond to ensure that it was and also that I was pleased and comfortable with my options. I found everyone on his staff to do whatever they were able to to make my visit there to accomplish what I had come for. They were very polite and prompt. Extremely friendly office environment, very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't imagine where the negative reviews are coming from. I've been going to Dr. Shepard for years now and can't imagine using any other eye doctor!
Horrible customer service, very rude and disrespectful
Dr. Shepard has poor bad side manner. He has no customer service. I would not recommend him to anyone. If he loves his job he definitely doesn’t show it.
