Very disappointed in the customer service in the service department of this dealership. I took my truck in with CEL on at 63,000 miles (3,000 miles over the powertrain warranty) in which they diagnosed with a stretched timing chain($2,800 parts & labor). When asking the service manager if the failure of this part seemed premature to him, he said "timing chains stretch". The timing chain is manufactured to last the life of a vehicle, or at least 150,000 miles...not 63,000 miles!! Due to my timing chain malfunctioning ve... read more
Very disappointed in service dept. Rude customer service representatives and a great deal of up-selling of services that weren't needed. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
