They did not perform to expectation. I have a small 8 x 15 kitchen floor that needed to be redone. It took them a month. It took them 4 times to come over and get it right. On all three occasions, the supervisor pledged the work was done right but it was not. They kept forgetting to nail down the trim in places. Good Work If your looking to purchase any type of flooring, Shepard's is your best bet. Pricing is very reasonable and the service is much better then going to Lowe's or Home Depot. This locally owned and operated business does outstanding work. They take pride in their work. My kitchen floor looks absolutely beautiful. Next time I replace carpets - I'm coming here! Pricing is reasonable.
