I wouldnt even give them the one star if I had to. Ive delt with Mr.Shepard before and my family has been using him for a long time, but they hace some new staff and i believe Mr.Shepard has fallen off his rocker bc his customer service has fell down so tremendously in the past 5 years. I will not be bringing my computer to this place ever again and unless you regularly visit him I wouldnt bring your comp there either.If you do dont trust the guy at the front desk he is full of more crap than any person ive ever encountered.... read more
I highly recommend going to Shepard Computer Services for any computer needs you have. You can t ask for a more helpful and conciderate group of employees than at Shepards. Joe Shepard has got the greatest group of techs and staff around. I felt welcome from the time I walked in with my broken computers and walked out with them running in tip top condition. Mr.Shepard is one of the most helpful person i have ran into in long he puts the personal touch on his survius. when i walk in there looking for help or parts i get the mom and paps store feeling, unlike best buy wal mart or any big chains that want your money and get out. I would never take my pc anywere else. Shepard Computer is the only place for true Service
I have had quite a bit of computer trouble of late. I used these folks because they work on the computers at a business I used to work at in the 80s NO JOKE!!! If you want fast, efficient service from someone who has been in the business for decades this is the place to go. If you go somewhere else....good luck. ;)
My computer crashed and I was unable to reboot my system afterwards. My wife believed we needed a new computer for which she thought was unfixable. I wanted to give the pc another chance. Shepards Computer Service fixed my computer fast, and were very helpful and very polite. The cost to fix my pc problems was very reasonable. I would defiinitely recommend this highly professional company to anyone who needs computer repair. Sean
