We told our sales person more than once we needed AWD, fast talked us into a 2023 leftover, got 1/2 way from Rockland to Newcastle, realized it was FWD, calls and was told nothing they could do. After that was ghosted!! Wanted to trade it for something else, no reply, called to cancel service contract was told 39-60 days for refund, still haven’t gotten it. Now we have traded it in and are owed a GAP refund, will see if they get that one. Called about refund and no one returned call. Poor customer service
