My Ram diesel engine light came on and my truck went into limp mode. I went there to see if they could check it out. The service department told me straight up they wouldn't be able to repair my Ram but they could read the code and tell me what was wrong. They hooked up my truck, read the code and told me it was the turbo actuator and I should be able to drive it home. They didn't charge me a dime. That was a cool Good Will gesture. I'll take my Vette there when it needs serviced.
Great dealership! We drove over two hours to buy a vehicle from Shep's. Rich was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy, he was honest and he answered all questions we had. He even took the time to contact the previous owner with a question we had. Sometimes buying a new vehicle makes a dentist appointment seem better but Rich made the whole process pleasant and easy. Shep's is an easy recommendation for me.
