Never in my life have I had an experience with a hair salon like I did with this one. I’ve had two sew ins, a take down, and a wash with them. My first sew in was good, no complaints. I went back for another one and my track fell out in less than a week. She refused to cooperate and fix this and was not at all apologetic about this experience. I had the pleasure of having my hair done with Shenzy Beauty...... I must say for a first timer I was satisfied with my hair. I had the Faux soft locs done and as a tender headed person, it was like the stylist onows exactly what I needed....neat and beautifully done without pain or tightness. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, salon was clean and well kept. I felt free and welcomed.
