Beware!! Very cold atmosphere/visits. I was billed additionally for regular bloodwork on an annual exam (never happened before). I called and spoke to numerous receptionists, left messages for the office, but was still receiving collection calls for a preventative charge. Even reached out to my insurance company who said the office needs to change the way they coded it. I called/relayed that message, too... never received a call back - ever.

This provider standoffish and cold attitude. She is not warm and welcoming. I try to be friendly but she is straight to the point and no small talk. She will respond to messages promptly but that's about it.

Although my visit was brief, she was very thorough and spent a generous amount of time reviewing my history and making recommendations. I found her to be very professional and personal, and would welcome the opportunity to see her again!

My first visit with Ms. Stevenson did feel slightly unempathetic, however, as I continued seeing her as my primary care, the warmness developed over time. Ms. Stevenson responds very quickly and is very informative about any issues or concerns I have. She referred me to some of the best specialists for whatever I needed, which is hard to find in Florida sometimes.
