This provider standoffish and cold attitude. She is not warm and welcoming. I try to be friendly but she is straight to the point and no small talk. She will respond to messages promptly but that's about it.
Although my visit was brief, she was very thorough and spent a generous amount of time reviewing my history and making recommendations. I found her to be very professional and personal, and would welcome the opportunity to see her again!
My first visit with Ms. Stevenson did feel slightly unempathetic, however, as I continued seeing her as my primary care, the warmness developed over time. Ms. Stevenson responds very quickly and is very informative about any issues or concerns I have. She referred me to some of the best specialists for whatever I needed, which is hard to find in Florida sometimes. Uncaring. Poor bedside manner. Treats you like a burden. Look elsewhere.
I had a very poor experience. I went there to establish with new primary care after moving to Valrico. Her approach was so cold and like she doesn’t want to be there. I wasn’t able to establish, since she wasn’t interested in refilling any of my meds. The biggest issue and something hard to believe is the fact, that from the moment she entered the room to the moment she left the room she didn’t look at me once.
