Office staff is great. My care provider not so much. I’m an atheist. She knows I’m an atheist. Yet she insists on telling me she’s going to pray for me. I don’t appreciate it. I also don’t appreciate being told to go to Urgent Care when I’m sick because there are no open slots for appointments in the office. Why are you my PCP then? What's the point of having a PCP if it's impossible to get in when sick? Like is it so unreasonable to leave a couple slots a day in case someone needs care that day? Crazy to expect a doctor to see a sick person, I know. I scheduled online only to have them cancel me the day of my appointment because it wasn't with my PCP... Sorry he isn't available any time soon. I've been to this practice before, they have my history, I'm sick and the other dude is also a doctor... So what is the problem here?
Dr Adam Stubert is an EXCELLENT doctor!! Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. His office staff and nurses have always been kind and helpful.
