What's the point of having a PCP if it's impossible to get in when sick? Like is it so unreasonable to leave a couple slots a day in case someone needs care that day? Crazy to expect a doctor to see a sick person, I know. I scheduled online only to have them cancel me the day of my appointment because it wasn't with my PCP... Sorry he isn't available any time soon. I've been to this practice before, they have my history, I'm sick and the other dude is also a doctor... So what is the problem here?
Dr Adam Stubert is an EXCELLENT doctor!! Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. His office staff and nurses have always been kind and helpful.
Find another doctor!! This practice completely disrespected my mother and treated her horribly while making false accusations about her at the same time! I highly recommend going to a doctor that cares instead!
Absolutely horrible! I have been a patient there for years! New staff coming in have completely ruined any sense of care or compassion! If you need help they could care less! Dr Hageman, Amanda the office manager and Breanna an RN are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across! Do yourself a favor and find another location! I wish I could give a negative star! 0 out of 10!
