Boo!!! Two thumbs all the way down I booked a new patient appointment for a family member who has severe anxiety about seeing doctors. Appointment was booked and confirmed without issue or questions. But upon arriving twenty minutes early for the appointment, the desk staff cancelled the appointment in person withy family member and said the doctor wasn't accepting new patients and they could reschedule with a different doctor in a few months. The office staff is useless.
Office staff is great. My care provider not so much. I’m an atheist. She knows I’m an atheist. Yet she insists on telling me she’s going to pray for me. I don’t appreciate it. I also don’t appreciate being told to go to Urgent Care when I’m sick because there are no open slots for appointments in the office. Why are you my PCP then? I’ve been dealing with extreme pain in my arm. Enough so that I’ve gone to the hospital *three times* and when I called to ask for a script of oxy or hydrocodone, I was told no.
