The woman at the office was rude and had a bad attitude. I called to ask for information and she treated me rudely. Then I went to the office (my aunt moved into these apartments last month and recommended me to Miss Diana, but it seems she is no longer at the office). The woman I spoke to was rude, it seemed like she couldn't give me any information and she was very rude. Definitely don't put applications here. I love Raj the manager. He is the best. I am very happy to stay at Shenandoah woods.
I'm giving them one star because I have a leak in my apartment. I called the office many times and they didn't answer, so I had to leave work early. The woman at the office was rude and didn't care that I didn't have a work order. I literally had an emergency leak. This woman, who I hadn't seen before, was rude, and unfortunately, Mr. Raj wasn't in the office to help me.
Do not move to this apartment complex, they change staff in the office every few months, when finally as residents we feel heard and understood by someone who finally cares about our quality of life, they remove them, first with the assistant who started making changes to the property and today with the surprise that they remove the young lady from the front, people who finally fixed maintenance things in my apartment (before they come to work here, I had months with work orders and my daughter the same in her apartment, in ... read more
