They need to fired the landlord heather she's not a good landlord here I've neighbors driving there car in the snow and other weather they're tearing up the grass back here and riding the moped back here tearing up the grass and they're parked there car on the sidewalk so no one else drives back here in the grass there shouldn't be any vehicle in the grass it's horrible back here the landlord isn't doing anything about it they are the worst neighbor I've lived besides
The manager here, Heather, is friendly and knowledgeable and runs a very tight ship. The maintenance team is likewise.Long time and taking care of the place. Together they are always looking to improve the lives of the tenants here, which is a rarity in most places
I do not recommend this apartment at all. From the start, the experience has been unsatisfactory. When I was shown the place, I was presented with an apartment in perfect condition, but when I received the one I was supposed to live in, it had multiple damages. They told me they would fix it within a week, but they never did. Every time I reported an issue, they said maintenance had been sent, but nothing was resolved. Horrible apartment complex. Electrical issues, no smoke detectors, and rent hikes keep on coming. They keep raising it to force everyone out and move 8 to a apartment. This is worst place or company to rent from in Roanoke. Do not rent from these so called people. Or slum lords.
