Walked in for a tour and the leasing consultant never left her chair. Just gave me keys to go look at the unit myself and I got lost trying to find it. Walked the unit and it was not ready for move in or to show. For the price point I would think it would be better maintained as a whole. Decided to lease elsewhere.

Accomidating staff, friendly maintenance.They address community issues in a timely manner! Great areain Roanoke, they have a playground and dogpark. Shenandoah Restaurant right around corner
I have lived at 733 West for 2 years and I’m very satisfied with everything. Quick with fixing things and always keep landscaping nice. The pool is nice The office manager Heather is very nice and is always willing to help.
Love this place! Management and the maintenance are good people. Heather is definitely one of a kind and will go to the ends to help you. The community is great, everyone is respectful as well!
