Great bunch of doctors.
Had a rough start, and didn't keep the appointment. I was interested in solving a problem regarding new patient paperwork, and wasn't given the help I needed. It was complicated, and I don't totally blame SVSA, but I don't feel that my particular situation was handled with the confidence and respect needed to provide a solution to my problem.
