Amazing care and experience from Frank Fisher PA, his nurse & the clerical staff! I went there recently with a wrist injury, and each visit everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. Every time I called to schedule an appointment, the front staff were kind and courteous. I went to an orthopedic office years ago for a different injury, but this clinic is undoubtedly more efficient & professional. Definitely recommend there clinic for any injuries, an especially Mr. Fisher!
The front desk lady who answers the phone was exceptionally rude and disrespectful, frank fisher was rude.
Our experience with Dr. Patrick Greenwell and the PA Keith have been 5 stars. They were great with my disabled brother who fell and fractured his hip. However, the receptionists ( 1star) rate are surly and unprofessional and hung up on me when I was trying to coordinate my brothers follow up visit because I asked for her name as I am his medical POA and keep notes of who I speak to for his care. After waiting on the phone for 25 minutes to ask some pertinent questions and asking for her name she hung up! Really unprofessiona... read more
