Our experience with Dr. Patrick Greenwell and the PA Keith have been 5 stars. They were great with my disabled brother who fell and fractured his hip. However, the receptionists ( 1star) rate are surly and unprofessional and hung up on me when I was trying to coordinate my brothers follow up visit because I asked for her name as I am his medical POA and keep notes of who I speak to for his care. Very professional
Dr. Reiser was outstanding during my mother’s knee replacement surgery. From the very beginning, he showed an incredible ability to keep her calm and well-informed—something that made a huge difference, as she was very apprehensive about the procedure. His communication was clear, honest, and reassuring. He was direct when needed, but always kind and compassionate. We’re truly grateful for the care he provided, and my mom is so glad she waited the 3 1/2 months to be treated by him. Absolutely worth it.
Dedicated team of professionals have the expertise and caring demeanor that safely carries the patient from pain through surgery and recovery in a completely orthopedic section of the hospital. Dr. Greenwell performed my total hip replacement in February, doing the anterior approach. I can truly say that it was a complete success. The hip pain was gone and the only discomfort was around the surgery area. The worst part for me was having my wife do all the driving for a couple of weeks and wearing support stockings.
