I made an appointment for my kids to get a flu shot. It’s highly inappropriate to make small children wait for something already nerve-wracking. They had to wait almost an hour. (40 minutes in the waiting room...and then another ten in the room.) The nurse had nice bedside manner, hence the two stars.
