Had appointment for procedure. Arrived on time. Temperature checked, ok. Sat in a room that was freezing cold for 40 minutes with only a gown past my scheduled appointment. After half froze, was taken to room to be prepped for procedure, was given warm blanket because I was shaking from being so cold. Dr Pou cancelled appointment because he said I had symptoms of COVID because I was shaking and was getting headache. Was told they would call and reschedule appointment that day or the next day.
