**RENTER BEWARE**My Wife and I moved into Shenandoah Town homes in 2017 with our two daughters. We moved into a three bedroom house with a bonus room. When getting the apartment we were trying to get on the lower pricing bracket which at the time was $720 a month after running the numbers the staff found we made $20 more annually then what was allowed on the lower bracket so we started paying $920 a month.
