I promise you don’t want to live here, don’t let utilities included fool you. I have lived here for 3 years and encountered multiple issues. AC has been broken a minimum of 5 times because they refuse to replace these old ac units that can’t keep up. Toilets are constantly running and stopping up/over flowing for no reason. I have had to threaten legal action over the AC in 90° weather multiple times, as they just disappear and leave me without any information and no air conditioning for weeks at a time. I had a walk through today with staff member, Lania. My experience with her was like a breath of fresh air. We were greeted with kindness, professionalism and my Aunt even walked away with a few snacks! :) She was patient in answering all of our questions and walked us through the application process, literally page by page. The community is quiet, clean and I love that it’s a little hidden.
