Updated, I stopped coming here after the front desk staff got very rude over text messages and was answering questions for my provider instead of passing my message on to them and allowing them to respond. I also had a virtual appointment scheduled which they never did. Like literally nobody showed up for the appointment. I just stopped care with them after that. It's to much stress and hassle to be worth it. Why do you even have phones if you don't ever answer them? Why do you have a voicemail if you never return them?????

I’ve never been to this doctor before, tried calling to ask if they accepted new patients and no answer. I received a text a few minutes later telling me to return my information, which I did. I received a text back saying that I was prohibited from being a patient there, even though I’ve literally never step food inside this establishment. Very disheartening and unnerving for someone looking to receive psychiatric help.
This practice has been wonderful. The front staff has been welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The therapist is dedicated and caring. Their medical doctor is knowledgeable and works with clients on the exact right medication. I think this place is an asset to the community.
