Powerhouse is exceptional. I've been here for 10 years, and the gym has grown, but the thing that remained the same is the friendly and helpful staff, and the welcoming vibe of the gym and its members. I unfortunately had to end my membership due to moving for work, and unfortunately I can't pick this gym up and move it with me or I would. I loved my time at powerhouse, and it is an incredible gym with an incredible staff

In a unique, restored industrial building, Shenandoah Powerhouse has all of those old school gym vibes that many of us love. Add to that, the owners and staff are second to none! Providing a clean and comfortable place to work out, no matter your fitness level- whatever you may be looking for, I'm certain they have it.
