As the Bible might say: A good podiatrist is rare and worthy of praise! I had my first visit to Dr. Natalie Allen, at Shenandoah Podiatry, last week. I have very thin and deformed nails, nailsespecially on the left foot, which was injured 20 years ago in a fall. She has urged me to take better care to space the toes, suggested some shoes that have a wider toe box and didn't try to sell me anything!!!!
