They just can't seem to get orders correct. They left the macaroni off of the macaroni and cheese pizza. We asked for goat cheese to be added to another pizza, opened the box to find it in cups on the side rather than melted on the pizza. It is not unusual to get burnt pizza rolls. The service is very slow. We've given this place many chances over the years but they just don't care enough to get orders correct or to take good care of their customers. We won't be back.
Just a PERFECT stop in Historic Staunton for Pizza and Brew in comfortable , appealing surroundings .......and the Pizza is GREAT
Best za in town. Atmosphere is very calming yet an electric vibe. I would recommend anyone stop by and half a drink or two with some food!

We had dinner here about 4 years ago and oddly enough had the same experience this week. Well the food is good the service both times was extremely slow. Simply waiting to place our order or to order our drinks took forever especially considering there were only about 5 other tables and there were at least for wait staff that we saw

Im not saying this just because one of my best friends owns this establishment.. but Shenandoah Pizza and Tap House is by far. The BEST PIZZA PLACE IN THE VALLEY. Its worth the drive. Not only do they taste good but they look fantastic. Theres a lot of pride in the pizza. Please go and check it out. � Ohhh and the Beer selection. All local va craft. 5 stars all around this place sets the bar high for any other pizza restaurant in the area.
