If you get hit by an 18 wheeler right in front of this hospitol dont waste your time and go to harrisonburg . Came to the emergency room for my pregnant wife crying in pain. We waited to be seen for an hour for someone to see us and no one came. I walk out and there are 10 to 15 people standing behind the counter laughing and talking about non work related topics while they can hear her crying.

Went there on a Wednesday about 9am. Left at almost 4pm. Place didn't seem busy at all, so not sure why the long wait.

I would give 0 stars if available! Don't waste your time coming here, me and my wife sit here for over 3 hrs waiting to be seen with 2 other people in the waiting room and then they gave me a medication that I had a reaction to and got sick, dizzy all day and throwing up so come back the next day to see if they coukd switch the antibiotics and I get, no you have to check in again and wait 3-4 hrs to be seen again! But wanna charge $600 to be seen and basically say screw you we don't care.. I should have known better to come ... read more

Had a great experience with my son who needed stitches. There was no wait and Dr. Martin was super friendly and knowledgeable. She talked us through options and allowed my son to voice his concerns and answered all his questions. We appreciated Dr. Martin's positive attitude and her professionalism.
