Had a great experience with my son who needed stitches. There was no wait and Dr. Martin was super friendly and knowledgeable. She talked us through options and allowed my son to voice his concerns and answered all his questions. We appreciated Dr. Martin's positive attitude and her professionalism.
Stay away from here as much as you can. This place offers nothing but billing issues in the future and it takes months to resolve.
Again for the third trip to the ER I was given the best service ever. Thanks to the doctors and nurses fot the best possible care out there.
This is an amazing hospital They were very attentive and caring. They didn't seem robotic like most hospitals today. They were fast with helping me and they got me in and out of there in an hour and a half without making me feel like I was being rushed out. I'm very thankful for the level of service I received.
I'm a lay person but I can say Dr. Keith seemed a total pro to me. She's relatable and has a nice calming personality. Because of CHF I'm at SCMH ER nearly as much as Dollar General and the staff is always superb.
