Bought my first Harley on July 5 as a 42nd Birthday present to me. I couldn't have been happier with the service and hospitality from all the staff and especially my salesman Keith Oney.He did an outstanding job from start to finish. Thanks again Keith!! I'll see you soon.
My husband and I both bought bikes in early June, and could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service. We traded in our old bikes and got great deals on our new ones. I have to say, it was no small feat to turn us around. I’m not normally one to complain (especially on FB), however, we had the worst Harley Davidson Dealership experience ever - Shenandoah Harley in VA. We had one of our riders break down in bad storm conditions 20 min from their dealership. All six employees present despite an obvious slow day (now very clear as to why), including the manager, sat on their hands, refused to help, and were incompetent to customer service - despite their alleged mission statement posted “proudly” on the walls of fake service department. We wanted to get a bike that would be easy to start riding but still in the Harley family. Keith fixed us up with a great deal with extras on a 2018 XG750 which is a perfect fit for us. Special Deal running on this model that includes future benefits on a future bike for a limited time this summer. Love this bike, had a good time gathering with other riders at the Shenandoah Harley this past Saturday! People, it's time to Ride!!! Rolling Thunder Family, Rock on!
