Well I lost all my gages on my 06, up in s. Ohio riding down 250.... they got me write in , eVan helped the mechanic , blown fuse, then we found out I had a orange wire rubbing my inner fairing mount... good people. . I forget the mechanic's name, but he looked like a Harley Davidson riding lumberjack.... thanks bro for your quick efforts to helping me fix my fairing'!!!
I'm a new Harley owner. Rode metrics for years, even stopping in at Shenandoah HD with it. Was always treated well. Anyway, back in April, they had a demo day and I got to ride an Ultra Limited. RJ was great in pointing out the differences between the 16's and 17's. I ended up buying a 16 from a private seller. The first time I rolled up at Shenandoah HD, you would have thought I bought it there. RJ came out, looked the bike over and was very complimentary. 5/27/2017 - We ran in right at closing time, while traveling from Connecticut to Arkansas, just to get a couple of poker chips and the young lady behind the counter was really sweet and helpful!!
Great bunch got a good deal and had fun doin it. To travel 460 miles round trip says a lot about a good dealer
